Abstract
The first representative of Dysmorphoptilidae from the Middle Permian of China is described. Linglunxiellus chaohuensis gen. and sp. nov. is placed together with Permocixiella venosa Becker-Migdisova, 1961 from Kuznetsk Basin in the newly established subfamily Permocixiellinae subfam. nov., Eoscarterellinae stat. nov. is proposed as separate subfamily within Dysmorphoptilidae.
