Background: In the MONALEESA (ML) trials, addition of ribociclib (RIB; cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitor) to endocrine therapy (ET) prolonged progression-free survival (PFS) in patients (pts) with hormone receptor-positive (HR+), HER2-negative (HER2–) advanced breast cancer (ABC).
