Abstract
InAsSb ternary alloy is considered to be an alternative to HgCdTe (MCT) in long-wavelength infrared (LWIR) spectral region. The high operation temperature conditions are successfully reached with AIIIBV bariodes, where InAsSb/AlAsSb system is playing dominant role.
