Apparent digestibility coefficients of selected protein ingredients for pirarucu Arapaima gigas (Teleostei: Osteoglo ssidae)

Apparent digestibility coefficients (ADCs) of nine protein ingredients were determined for pirarucu Arapaima gigas , a Neotropical fish species with great aquaculture potential in the Amazon.
