Fournier’s Gangrene With Septic Shock and Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome

Fournier's gangrene is a rare, rapidly progressing, and life-threatening infection associated with necrotizing fasciitis in the perineal, genital, and/or lower abdominal regions.
