Abstract
We report the case of an 80-year-old patient with acute onset confusion initially suspected to reflect delirium in incipient Alzheimer’s disease. Cerebrospinal fluid tests revealed an unusually severe form of neuroborreliosis, which resolved following antibiotic treatment.
