Abstract
In the field, the chemical constituents of the essential oil of Pelargonium graveolens cutting (diploid) and polyploid seedlings are the same, but the principal components of geraniol, geranyl formate, and linalool in polyploid plants are remarkably higher than those of cutting seedlings.
