Abstract
Amyloid-β-related angiitis (ABRA) is a rare complication of cerebral amyloid angiopathy in which amyloid-β deposition in the leptomeningeal and cortical vessels is associated with vasculitis characterized by transmural lymphohistiocytic, often granulomatous, inflammation.
