Abstract
The significance of interphase fluorescence in situ hybridization (iFISH) by regimen type was assessed in 692 immunoglobulin light-chain (AL) amyloidosis patients with iFISH at diagnosis. First-line treatment was categorized as stem cell transplant and three non-transplant regimens.
