Dietary intake of metals by the young adult population of Eastern Poland: Results from a market basket study

Dietary intake of macro-, trace and toxic elements was determined among the young adult population of Eastern Poland. The study was performed in 2011–2013 and involved 583 participants living in Lublin and its province.
