Abstract
Mutations in CYP24A1, encoding the vitamin D 24-hydroxlase enzyme, are known to cause a range of clinical phenotypes and presentations including idiopathic infantile hypercalcaemia and adult-onset nephrocalcinosis and nephrolithiasis.
