Abstract
Summary Phenolic compounds present in the nonsaponifiable fraction of coconut oil were analysed by high‐performance liquid chromatography with florescence detection. Mass spectra of the phenolic compounds were also obtained separately by LC–MS to confirm the presence of the phenolic compounds.
