Abstract
The reaction of the dimer [RhIII(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)(μ-Cl)Cl]2 ([RhIII(Cp*)(μ-Cl)Cl]2) with the hydroxypyrone ligands maltol and allomaltol affords complexes of the general formula [RhIII(Cp*)(L)Cl] under standard and microwave conditions.
