Abstract
We describe a new isolated tarsometatarsus from the Early Cretaceous (Barremian-Aptian) Ilek Formation Shestakovo-3 locality in western Siberia. The new specimen represents a new taxon, Evgenavis nobilis, gen. et sp. nov., significantly increasing the Mesozoic avifauna from Russia.
