Abstract
Contributions of renal glucose production to whole-body glucose turnover were determined in healthy individuals by using the arteriovenous balance technique across the kidneys and the splanchnic area combined with intravenous infusion of [U-13C6]glucose, [3-(3)H]glucose, or [6-(3)H]glucose.
