Abstract
Serum levels of muscle enzymes including creatine phosphokinase (CPK) have been reported to be abnormal in hypothyroidism. Seven patients with increased thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and elevated CPK levels were followed during replacement by oral l-thyroxine or l-thyroxine plus triiodothyronine.
