Abstract
After previous evaporation, growth experiments have been carried out by vapour deposition of NaCl onto NaCl under the following experimental conditions; temperature T=100–350°C, evaporation rate R=0.002–2 nm s-1, and evaporated layer thickness A=0.04–200 nm.
