Abstract
Haw pectic oligosaccharides, lactic acid, sodium lactate, and tea polyphenol showed dose and pH dependent antibacterial activity against E. coli. The activity of haw pectic oligosaccharides could be enhanced by combination with lactic acid, sodium lactate, or tea polyphenol.
