Abstract
The objective of this work was to determine the effects of ingested depolymerised glucomannans on wound healing. Mice were divided into four groups of twenty each: control – drinking water; control – drinking water containing 5% (w/v) glucomannan hydrolysate (GMH); test – drinking water with punched ear and; test – drinking water containing 5% (w/v) GMH with punched ear.
