Abstract 1286: Pharmacodynamics of oral curcumin in plasma and rectal mucosa in a Phase IIa trial

Background: Curcumin, a dietary polyphenol derivative of turmeric, has potent cancer reductive activity in in vivo colon carcinogenesis models.
