Abstract
A rapid, specific reversed-phase HPLC method is described, with solid-phase extraction, for assaying five quinolones (ciprofloxacin, difloxacin, enrofloxacin, norfloxacin and marbofloxacin) with confirmative diode-array detection in samples of bovine kidney, muscle and eggs.
