Abstract
The effect of cassava cross-linked octenyl succinic maltodextrin (CCOMD) on diabetic mice was investigated in this study. For CCOMD-L (low dose) and CCOMD-H (high dose) groups, the body weights were recovered by 14.9% and 18.5%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of model control group.
