Effect of treatment with dimethyl dicarbonate on microorganisms and quality of Chinese cabbage
Abstract
The effects of dimethyl dicarbonate (DMDC) (200 mg L−1) treatment on microorganisms and quality of Chinese cabbage were investigated.
