Abstract
In this article, we report the functionalization of alkyne-terminated alkyl monolayers on Si(100) using “click” chemistry, specifically, the Cu(I)-catalyzed Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of azides with surface-bound alkynes.
