Three new complexes, [MoIVO(mnt)(SS)]2- (SS = dimethylethylenedicarboxylate (DMED), toluenedithiolate (tdt), benzenedithiolate (bdt); mnt = maleonitriledithiolate), each possessing two different dithiolene ligands, are synthesized as model of trimethylamine-N-oxide reductase.
