Abstract
Anion conductance is known to be activated by mechanical stimulation, such as osmotic cell swelling or cell inflation via the patch pipette, of canine or rabbit cardiac myocytes. The effects of mechanical stimulation on time-dependent currents, however, remain unsettled.
