Antioxidant Activities of Different Colored Sweet Bell Peppers (Capsicum annuum L.)
Abstract
Antioxidant compounds and their antioxidant activity in 4 different colored (green, yellow, orange, and red) sweet bell peppers (Capsicum annuum L.) were investigated.
