Abstract
The effect of Tween 20 on antimicrobial effects of acidic (lactic acid), neutral (cetyl pyridinium chloride) and alkaline (trisodium phosphate) decontaminants to reduce the numbers of Salmonella inoculated to broiler carcasses were studied.
