Abstract
Synthetic vitamin E, dl-α-tocopherol, added to a human erythroleukemia HEL and a megakaryoblastic leukemia, Meg-01, cell culture produced potent dose-dependent inhibition of phorbol ester-induced adhesion and of the morphologic changes accompanying it.
