Abstract
The evaluation of mutagenic properties of imidapril hydrochloride (IMD) and its degradation impurity, diketopiperazine derivative (DKP), nitrosation mixtures was conducted in order to analyze the carcinogenic risk of IMD long-term treatment in patients.
