Abstract
Breast cancer is the leading cause of new cancer diagnoses among women. Using peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor (PPAR)γ (+/−) mice, we showed normal expression of PPARγ was critical to stop 7,12‐dimethylbenz[a]anthracene (DMBA)‐induced breast tumorigenesis.
