Abstract
The primary nucleotide sequence of tRNAggggly (glycine tRNA specific for the codon GGG) from Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium has been determined. The E. coli tRNA sequence is [see PDF for sequence] where U at position 8 is most likely 4-thiouracil.
