Microflora of Minimally Processed Frozen Vegetables Sold in Gaborone, Botswana

Two hundred samples of minimally processed, frozen, and prepacked potato chips, peas, corn, and a variety of combined vegetables from supermarkets in Gaborone, Botswana, were examined microbiologically.
