Abstract
L-Cysteine capped CdS quantum dots (QDs) were synthesized through a facile hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), photoluminescence (PL) and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
