Abstract
Hyper-reflexia is occasionally seen in acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN), but its pathophysiology is unclear. We report a patient with AMAN following Campylobacter jejuni enteritis, who showed generalized hyper-reflexia, bilateral Hoffmann sign and right Babinski sign.
