Abstract
The contiguous gene deletion syndrome of congenital adrenal hyperplasia and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, named CAH-X, is a rare entity that occurs because of a deletion of a chromosomal area containing 2 neighboring genes, TNXB and CYP21A.
