Abstract
SARS-CoV-2 Nsp15 is a uridylate-specific endoribonuclease with C-terminal catalytic domain belonging to the EndoU family. It degrades the polyuridine extensions in (−) sense strand of viral RNA and some non-translated RNA on (+) sense strand.
