A New Sequential Optimality Condition for Constrained Nonsmooth Optimization
Abstract
We introduce a sequential optimality condition for locally Lipschitz constrained nonsmooth optimization, verifiable just using derivative information, and which holds even in the absence of any constraint qualification.
