Abstract
がん生存者の増加に伴い，そのADL，QOL向上のため日本整形外科学会は2018年にがんロコモという疾患概念を提唱し，がん患者の運動器管理の重要性について啓発を行っている．一方，がん患者へのリハビリテーション診療が一般的に行われるようになり，がん患者のADL向上にリハビリテーション科医が果たす役割が大きくなってきている．がんロコモはあくまで疾患概念であり，がんリハビリテーション診療は診療行為であるので，その関係性は一般的なロコモとリハビリテーション診療と同じであり，がんリハビリテーション診断時にはがんロコモの鑑別が必要となり，がんロコモの治療としてがんリハビリテーション治療が用いられるものである...
