Stroke in COVID-19 and SARS-CoV-1

There has been a recent report of large artery ischaemic stroke among young patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the USA [1]. The cause is felt to include coagulopathy and vascular endothelial dysfunction [2].
