Evaluating nitrite content changes in some Chinese home cooking with a newely-developed CDs diazotization spectrophotometry

The research developed a diazo-coupling carbon-dots (CDs) method for determining nitrite and optimized variables of sodium sulfanilate, CDs synthesis, characteristic wavelength, reaction time and temperature.
