Abstract
Introduction Hypersomnolence is commonly reported in Major Depressive Disorder with Seasonal Pattern (Seasonal Affective Disorder; SAD). However, self-reported hypersomnolence may conflate long sleep duration, daytime sleepiness, fatigue, increased time in bed, or maladaptive sleep cognitions, undermining treatment efforts.
