A quantitative framework is developed to assess the resilience of an electric infrastructure system, including the contributions of temporary service systems. The framework incorporates five dimensions of resilience – robustness, resourcefulness, redundancy, rapidity, and readjust-ability – under various setups for supplementary generation.
