Abstract
New trinuclear complexes having the general formula [LnCu2(Cl)2(L)2(H2O)2]Cl·H2O, where L (H2L) = Schiff base ligand and Ln = La (1), Nd (2), Sm (3), Gd (4), Tb (5) and Er (6), have been synthesized from the hexadentate ligand (2,2′-{propane-1,3-diylbis[nitrilo(E)methylylidene]}bis(6-methoxyphenol)).
