Abstract
We report a case of 41‐year‐old woman who presented with chest tightness and shortness of breath. Transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE) showed left ventricular (LV) pseudoaneurysm of the inferior wall with preserved LV systolic function. Coronary angiogram was normal.
