Abstract
Introduction: Decreases in blood pressure (BP) during endovascular therapy (EVT) have been associated with infarct progression and worse outcome after large vessel occlusion (LVO) stroke. However, BP trajectories in the acute phase prior to EVT have not been well characterized.
