Physicochemical characteristics of Actinostemma lobatum Maxim. kernel oil by supercritical fluid extraction and conventional methods

There are limited studies available regarding the characteristics of Actinostemma lobatum Maxim. kernels. In the present study, the kernels were analyzed for their nutritional composition, especially their oil characteristics.
