Constructing Doctoral Leadership Scholarly Role Boundaries Through Intraprofessional Nursing Education

We conducted an intraprofessional education pilot in which students created DNP/PhD leadership parameters through naturalistic classroom experience. Agile, participatory, action research methodology framed a project spanning 3 semesters.
