Abstract
In this study, starches were isolated from different non-conventional sources (acorn, black wheat, buckwheat, coix seed, jiaoyu, kuzhu, longya lily, and naked oat) cultivated in China, and their morphological, physico-chemical, and functional properties were analyzed.
