Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of Magnolin (MGL) on inhibition of human breast cancer cells, and explore the underlying molecular mechanisms. The viability of the treated cells was assessed with the Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, and the proliferation was analyzed in terms of EdU uptake, colony formation, and flow cytometry.
